Allergens

According REGULATION (EU) NO. 1169/2011 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of October 25, 2011, regarding consumer information on food products, our company attaches great importance to this aspect and informs consumers of the potential allergens that our products contain..

Information about potential allergens is always provided to our consumers, this information will be provided at the express request of the consumer.

We therefore ask that consumers who know they have concerns about potential allergens request additional information about potential allergens before placing an order.

Allergens are proteins that cause an overreaction of the immune system. In general, allergens in food products can be represented either by various additives such as soy proteins, milk proteins or gluten, or by spices: pepper, cinnamon, paprika or celery seeds.

According to Directive 2000/13/CE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of March 20, 2000, food allergens can fall into the following groups:

  1. Cereals containing gluten (for example wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled wheat, durum wheat or their hybrids) and derived products
  2. Crustaceans and derived products
  3. Eggs and derived products
  4. Fish and derived products
  5. Peanuts and derived products
  6. Soy and derived products
  7. Milk and milk products (including lactose)
  8. Nuts, i.e. almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale) pecans [Carya illinoiesis (Wangenh.) K. Koch], Brazil nuts ( Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia nuts and Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and derived products
  9. Celery and derived products
  10. Mustard and derived products
  11. Sesame seeds and derived products
  12. Sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter
  13. Lupine and derived products
  14. Molluscs and derived products
  15. Cinnamon
